Katie Boren

Katie is an attorney at Ziemer, Stayman, Weitzel & Shoulders, LLP, where she provides legal representation to numerous businesses, nonprofits, individuals, and governmental entities, including EVSC and the City of Evansville. Katie is an Evansville native and a proud EVSC graduate, having attended Cedar Hall, Harwood, and Central, before earning her Bachelor of Social Work from USI. Katie went on to earn her law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2010. Katie is a member of the Cedar Hall Community School Site Council and she serves as the Eighth District Representative to the Indiana State Bar Association Board of Governors. She is also a mom to five-year-old twins, Max and Charlotte, who are very excited to start kindergarten at Scott next fall.
Brian Woods

Brian Woods serves as Senior Commercial Loan Officer with Indiana Members Credit Union ($2.5 Billion in assets, 135,000+ members), guiding commercial members to achieve financial success in lending, deposits and cash management. Brian has been in the role since IMCU merged with Commerce Bank in 2020 where he previously held the position of SVP, Commercial Lender. Brian has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Brian is a current member of the West Side Nut Club; serving as the Club’s Foundation Investment Committee Chairman, City of Evansville Loan Administration Board Member, R-Men’s Varsity Club member, past Junior Achievement Volunteer, and former Board Member and Board President for the Evansville Civic Theatre.
A native of Evansville and alumnus of the University of Southern Indiana, Brian Woods graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising with an emphasis in Marketing.
Jill Lucy

Jill Lucy is a graduate from Indiana University in Health Administration and have holds a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Evansville. Jill and her husband Todd have been married for 28 years and have three children, Ellie (1st grade teacher in Denver, Colorado), Daniel (Business student at USI), and Will (Freshman at Indiana University). Lucy is a real estate agent with ERA. She is also involved with Youth First and YWCA mentoring programs. She enjoys helping students, watching IU sports and working out with my friends at Tri State Athletic Club!
Clay Scarafia

Clay Scarafia, Director Fund Services, SS&C Technologies. Clay was born and raised in Evansville, a Reitz High School alum, then went on to complete degrees in Investment Finance and Economics from Indiana University. Upon graduation, Clay was attracted back to his hometown for an opportunity to help launch the Midwest office of SS&C Technologies, a growing technology and financial services company which is now a top ten professional employer in Evansville. Clay heads a team focused on outsourced accounting for alternative investment vehicles including Hedge, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Fund of Funds. In addition to the professional impact, Clay is also passionate about making a philanthropic difference in the community, holding current and prior positions on multiple non-profit boards including The Evansville Salvation Army and the Southern Indiana United Way Young Leaders United. Clay has a strong belief that lasting impact in a region starts with the education of our next generation of leaders.
